This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a first year teacher, excited and passionate about creating a loving, nurturing learning environment. As a mom of four I know the importance of a child feeling safe and loved at school. As a member of a small town community, there is a high number of children in poverty that come to school with minimal supplies.

In order to have a successful school year full of fun learning activities, these supplies would help ensure that every student is given a fair chance at education.
