First Graders Need Headphones

My students need headphones to participate in interactive learning on the iPads and computers during reading and math groups.

My Students

As our students walk into our classroom, we great them with a smile and a hug! They are so ready to learn and excited to be in a caring learning environment. We believe in each and every one of our students and they know they are the best first graders ever!

Our school is a Title I school in Texas.

The students are eager to learn and do their best. They realize how important it is to be successful in school so that they may be successful in life

My Project

Our first grade classes at our school would appreciate headphones to be able to interactively learn while working on iPads and computers. While the other students in the class are working with the teacher and at stations, the need for headphones for the technology group is essential. With the use of headphones, the students will be able to learn and interact with technology without disturbing the rest of the class. Currently, not all devices have headphones in all of our first grade classes.

Being provided with 20 headphones (10 each for 2 classes), our other groups can work effectively and not be disturbed by the learning that is taking place with the iPads and computers.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you sill ultimately help to increase their academic achievement!
