My Project

Help me give my students an opportunity to learn utilizing worksheets and booklets printed in color to promote student engagement. Visual materials are unavoidable and important tools used across the curriculum for students at all educational levels.

According to Tech Journal: Students often report they engage better with color materials, which instinctively draw their attention and pique their interest.

And it’s no wonder: The Association for Talent Development reported that information is sent from the color center of the brain to the areas responsible for detecting motion, shapes, edges, and transitions—even if you’re color blind.

With your help, my goal is to create colorful interactive activities for both small group instruction as well as allotted time for independent learning. Give the gift of color to help students interpret, understand, and retain math, science, writing, and reading skills taught in class.
