Help me give my students a cleaner classroom by helping us get a vacuum.

My Project

As a First-Grade teacher, my class spends time sitting on the carpet during circle time, working in reading groups, math centers, and during indoor recess, among other activities.

Our classroom vacuum is broken and we need a new one.

I allow my students to make a mess while learning, but it's important to me that my classroom is clean for their safety and well-being.

A clean learning space allows children to learn without the distractions of a dirty floor. With this vacuum, my students will be able to help clean our space and take ownership of keeping our classroom clean and well-maintained. This responsibility will be a valuable lesson, and we will all benefit from the experience.
