Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need supplies that will help with their learning. Since schools have limited school supply funds, I am creating this donation page to help our first graders with supplies for the year.

Our first graders come from low socio-economic families and, therefore have a difficult time with supplying the classroom with donations.

When donations are asked for, it is difficult for the parents to donate. With the resources selected for my donation, I will be able to create and send their homework, and decodable reading books as well as provide them with pencils, markers, and crayons to use both at home and at school.

Again, with budget cuts including funding schools with supplies needed for learning, it is difficult to replenish the supplies that are needed in the classroom.

Your donation will help replenish all the school supplies that will be used throughout the school year.
