This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Hi everyone! I am a Kindergarten teacher and my class and I would love a new, fun rug for our classroom. The rug is our one main places of learning during the school day. This provides a change of seating for my students from sitting at their desk all day. My goal is create a warm, welcoming and fun environment for my students to learn in. A student who feels welcomed in an environment is a student who learns! This rug will do exactly that!
