This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My curious first graders are full of enthusiasm for learning! They come to school eager to learn with smiles on their faces. They are energetic learners who enjoy hands-on, inquiry-based lessons differentiated to meet their individual needs.

Our class is in need of maps, globes, books, and hands-on materials to enhance and enrich students' understanding of the world.

Adding these learning materials to our classroom will help students learn about and make connections to the world around them. Students will develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills that embody global citizens and lifelong learners.
