First Grade Fun!

My students need wiggle stool/chairs for continued success in reading group and other items, like the Apple TV, a charging station and an Osmo organizer case to allow access to materials and projects within our classroom.

My Students

We are in an extremely diverse community and our school is reflective of the diverse culture, socioeconomic status, and various needs within our community. I have students who do not have access to computers and internet outside of school. Our community has many available resources that are tied to programs and supports that our school is unable to have access to. Without this support we frequently have to appeal for help in other ways so that the needs of our students are met. Due to this, our school is extremely resourceful, we rely on one another, many of our parents, and various businesses for our resources throughout our school.

My Project

My students need some of the basics. We currently have a few wiggle stool/chairs that have really helped our class and we need eight more. The other items I am requesting will help my students get organized. The charging station and Osmo organizer will help organize materials and technology so they are easily charged, accessed and can be used by all students in our class. The technology of the Apple TV will be a game changer.

We have created many presentations across our building that I would love to access and show within our own classroom.

These presentations include PBIS, outreach, enrichment, and other student created presentations. With the Apple TV we would be able to access them at any time.
