First Grade Finish Strong: Themed Skill Review Days

Help me give my students engaging, themed end-of-year activities that review key first-grade skills in reading, writing, and math while celebrating their hard work and preparing them for second grade.

My Project

My first-grade students are full of energy, curiosity, and joy. They come to school each day eager to learn, ask questions, and support one another. What I love most is their resilience and their willingness to try—even when a task feels challenging. They cheer each other on, celebrate successes big and small, and find wonder in the simplest things. Their excitement for learning makes our classroom a truly special place.

These themed resources like reading in camping tents or practicing math facts with glow in the dark ring toss, will give my students the opportunity to review important first-grade skills in a way that taps into their imagination and sense of fun.
