This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine a school year without the excitement of flipping through the pages of a yearbook, reminiscing about the moments, friendships, and achievements that defined the year. For too long, our students have missed out on this cherished tradition. This year, we are determined to change that by launching our very first Yearbook Club, and we need your help to make it happen.

Our goal is to provide our students with the opportunity to document their school experience and create a lasting keepsake for everyone to enjoy.

However, to get our Yearbook Club off the ground, we need essential equipment: cameras. With high-quality cameras, our students can capture the essence of school life, from candid shots in the hallways to the excitement of sports events and the creativity of school plays.

By funding our project, you will not only be helping us buy the necessary cameras, but also empowering our students to develop valuable skills in photography, design, and project management. These experiences will foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment as they see their hard work come to life in the form of a beautifully crafted yearbook.
