My Project

The spring hook will make it easier to fix woodwind instruments during class when springs and levers are out of place. Students won't have to wait until the director has time to fiddle with their instrument after school; the fix can happen in seconds, getting students playing again quickly.

These assorted instruments and pieces of equipment will help our Firebird musicians explore a wider range of music with all the necessary tools.

The guiro, mutes, and solo book will allow various students in different sections to demonstrate their knowledge of music and musical equipment. Guiros are common percussion instruments, trumpet players must become accustomed to playing with mutes (and learn the tricks that come with them), and Classical Themes will challenge clarinet players with crossing the break and working out technical passages.
