My Project
School can be overwhelming for young learners, and the opportunity to take a sensory break can be crucial to keeping them calm and focused throughout the day. Sensory breaks are not just emotionally beneficial, however, they can also be highly beneficial to skill development.
When students are introduced to appropriate sensory learning materials, a sensory break can become an opportunity for students to work on fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, and grip strength.
The liquid letters and sensory windows selected will help students focus on a calming activity at times they are feeling overwhelmed, but will also helping children boost fine motor skills and concentration as they play. I hope I can introduce them to our class.
