Fine Motor Materials for Preschool

Help me give my students more materials for their fine motor skills! We will use our light table for tracing and counting. The magnetic center will be used for or writing center along with magnetic building toys.

My Project

This is my third year teaching preschool. We mainly focus on strengthening their fine motor skills and founding their love for school! This light table would be so great for so many different fine motor activities. We would use it for tracing with the tracing cards, counting with counters, sorting by color and size, and so much more!

Young children need multiple different ways to explore and improve fine motor control to set them up for success.

The tray would convert the table into a sensory bin with fine motor tools. The magnetic center will be used for writing, themed centers, and building with magnetic blocks for STEM.
