The students in my class are energetic five and six years old. They love to play to learn, and they learn best by seeing, hearing, saying, and doing things.
The students in my class don't always have the experiences other children do.
Most come from a lower socioeconomic background. They do not always have the experiences other children have.
I strive to give my students every opportunity to have fun and learn. I want them to love to learn and to start off their school years in a fun way.
My students need lots of fine motor skill practice. Many of them come to school without any preschool experience.
Kindergarten is a time to develop and practice fine motor skills that will help students the rest of their lives.
The Wiki Sticks and foam will help them build letters and numbers. I plan to use the jewels and collage materials for building numbers, letters, and shapes. We will use the buttons for sorting and counting.
Every year, I find it more necessary to help my students gain fine motor strength and coordination These tools will help in a fun way!
