This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are preschool age children, ages 3-5. We are a Preschool for All Learners, consisting of students with a wide range of disabilities but not to diminish their many abilities! Each day they remind me what life is all about. Most importantly, they teach me that we are all different and that is beautiful! I love each and every student as if they are my own, and for that I am thankful for all my kiddos!
“See the able, not the label.”
My Project
In my classroom, we are hands-on learners that rely on a set schedule. Having an opportunity to access playdough is not only fun and engaging but so much more! The activity mats will help with fine motor skills, social emotional development, mathematical skills and more. The schedule will also help students as a visual reminder on what each day will consist of! I am always thinking on fun and exciting ways to continue to build on my students' current knowledge. I hope that you can help build on my students' knowledge too! Thank you for your support! It never goes unnoticed!
