They also identified character traits, their emotions and how they respond in time of crisis. Many of my students have made connections to their own lives as well. This story is making an impact not just in their language skills but also in their self-perception. They are exploring themes of self-identity, self-reflection and self-growth. They are creating journal entries about their personal journeys.\r\nThank you again for making this a reality in my classroom. Through your generosity you are making a difference in many classroom. People like you are needed to impact the lives of our students.
