Finding Fun Ways for Preschoolers to Explore Letters and Sounds

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hands-on learning is a vital part of childhood because it’s how young children start learning skills. Young children begin to use their hands at a very early age. It is through handling an assortment of things that they begin to experience the world around them. I found these alphabet tubs in the Lakeshore catalog. These alphabet tubs will be perfect when I introduce letters and I will have wonderful manipulatives to use to match each letter and their sound. After a few letters have been taught, these will be ideal to use as a center and the students can sort the items into the correct tubs. They will love using them!
