Many of our students have special needs, are English Language Learners, or require extra support to meet grade level benchmarks. Teachers spend most of their own money to create, out of the box, creative ways to help every student, no matter what their background or learning need, become lifelong learners.
My Project
My students need more, new flexible seating options. With these new floor chairs, sensory cushions and chair pockets, students will have more choices to where they feel most comfortable sitting. The more comfortable their bodies are the better their brains can work!
Students will also benefit from differentiated sight word puzzles.
These three level puzzles will help both struggling readers and students in need of enrichment. These puzzles are also a great alternative for students who struggle with writing to build and spell sight words. Puzzles are a great way to work the brain and body in many different ways!
