Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Financial literacy is important even at this age. Children need to learn to identify, count, add and subtract money, The resources I am asking for are going to help my student engage in all those skills.
I am asking for nameplate holder, Paw Alphabet Name Plate, money puzzles, piggy banks, and money coloring book.
The nameplate holder and name plate are going to use to hold student information for accessing Chromebook and mathematics apps. The name plates are going to have math concepts my students can refer to when working independently.
The money puzzles will be used at a center for student to practice adding and subtracting money. The piggy banks are going to be a culminating activity when we discuss saving, earning and spending money. By helping us with this project your will be helping us learn more about financial literacy and get more practice using money.
