Help me give my students a head start with their finances as they wind down the school year.

My Project

As an end of year reading project, this book will help the students in my gender studies class tie finances into the topics we've been learning: gender in business, sports, advertising, etc.

We will read the book together as a class unit and explore many of the mini lessons included in the book to get these young students (primarily 10th and 11th graders) a head start in their finances, thereby becoming a more empowered community of young men and women.

This project will also be a great way to build self-esteem, which is the 1st step in leading a successful life.
