My Project

Finals week can be stressful!!

Teaching in a historically underserved community has taught me that there are a few things my students need: A safe place to be themselves, and a low stress and comfortable environment.

I strive to make my classroom a safe space. Having options for my students to unwind as we head into finals week will allow my students to feel supported and less anxious.

Modeling clay and play-doh will give them the ability to ease their minds and have a little fun.

Snacks during finals week can contribute to that extra burst of energy that they may need.

Help give my students an end of the year experience they deserve.
