Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are looking for resources that will allow us to 3D print artifacts that allow us to grow seeds.

Students will design seed containers and other designs that will provide nutrients, water and shade to the seed and in general products that have less of a carbon footprint.

Student will also use the 3D printer to design things that could help the environment. For example 3D printers could print out parts that are broken so that instead of throwing out something will eventually reach the landfill it can continue being used when fixed with a 3D part. Printing products using filament will have less of a carbon footprint than ordering it from a store or purchasing it online.
