Keeping warm and fighting off the cold breezy weather is very hard in the winter.
By supplying hats, gloves, and scarves to less fortunate families, these items can help keep them safe from getting frost bite. Many children don't have hats, gloves, and scarves. A lot of parents put off buying these necessities for the family because they focus on paying their rent.
So therefore, with the weather constantly changing the cold will be here before you know it. The hats, gloves, and scarves will help prevent the children from getting sick and keep them warm from the cold.
