Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are seeking funding to provide every 5th-grade student with an autograph book and pen as part of their end-of-year celebration! These memory notebooks and ens will give students a fun, meaningful way to collect messages from their friends and teachers before they move on to middle school—a lasting keepsake of their elementary school experience!
Many of our students have spent years building friendships and memories that deserve to be celebrated and preserved.
Unfortunately, not all families can afford memory keepsakes like yearbooks or autograph books. We want to ensure every child, regardless of their financial situation, has the same opportunity to take part in this cherished tradition.
