This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our field and playground is one of our students favorite places to be at school. Field paint would allow me to create an official soccer field to teach on and allow students to play on during and after school as well. Ninety percent of our amazing students live below or near the poverty line. About 60% of our students are learning English in school. Sometimes our school struggles to get the resources we need to teach and care for our incredible students.
The paint will also allow me to prepare our schools field into an athletic oasis for all of our students to take part in on field day.
Field day is (arguably )one of the most popular days of the school year. All of the items selected in my cart will be to make Field Day the most special day for each and every person that will participate.
