My Students
I work in a special education resource room with grades K-5, and my students are amazing! It is so fun to get to work with different students all day, every day, and see all of the fun we can have with learning!
All of my students have different learning needs, which means my classroom needs a variety of things to support them.
My Project
Students love to move and be active - and fidgets can help! My students love getting to use fidgets, both during learning and as a reward! Letting students use fidgets during a lesson can allow them to focus and maintain attention better.
These materials will support students' learning, engagement, and FUN!
By allowing enough fidgets for my students to choose, they will be able to have different fidgets for both learning and break times. Play-Doh, Pop Its, squishy toys, and pop tubes are great for building fine motor skills.
