Fidgets & Fun : A Safe Space for Student Growth

Help me give my students snacks like Takis, Jolly Ranchers, and fruit snacks. I’m also seeking fidgets and a mini basketball hoop to help students build coping skills and find healthy outlets for stress during the school day.

My Project

As a school social worker, I truly love and care for each of my students. Every day, I witness their resilience, potential, and the challenges they face, many of which go far beyond the classroom. That’s why I’m requesting items like Takis, fruit snacks, mints, and fruit cups to help fuel their minds and bodies, giving them the energy and motivation they need to learn. These snacks also serve as powerful incentives to encourage positive behavior. The basketball hoop and fidgets will give students safe ways to release stress, build coping skills, and regulate their emotions. These simple resources create big moments of success, helping my students feel seen, supported, and ready to thrive.
