Fidget Away Anxiety

Help me give my students relief from stress and anxiety with the use of fidgets. Help my students to reduce stress and enhance concentration. Fidgets have been found to be effective in reducing agitation and improving communication.

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

It's almost the end of school, but we are not done yet. Students are feeling anxious about the end of school. Students need a way to concentrate in these final days. Fidgets have been found to reduce stress and enhance concentration. Please help my students get to the finish line.

Fidgeting is scientifically shown to help with attention.

Simple fidgeting tools, such as textured putty or squeezy balls that allow quiet, non-distracting movement seem to be helpful.
