Help me give my students books that interweave fiction and science for compelling stories about the future.

My Project

Science fiction tells the stories of the challenging future of a planet that humans have impacted not always for it's best continuane. Because of the pandemic, students are very interested in this genre of possible world-wide calamity since they have experienced it.

Lingering anxieties about the future remain with the students, science fiction is the genre that offer insight into our survival despite environmental and/or biological comprimise.

Science fiction provide both hope and the inguenity of the living to overcome difficulties caused by man-made challenges. With this grant, I am able to offer student reading selections that support them in looking toward the future.
