My Project

In preschool children need to be able to move and explore as they learn. We love to play music and dance every day to exercise our mind and body. We make sure our students get an hour of physical activity a day. Activity at an early age is encouraged as it benefits the child’s development. It also enhances and promotes the development of motor skills, muscles, cognitive, and social skills.

As a passionate preschool teacher, I want my students to know the importance of having music and exercise in their daily learning.

These items will help my students have fun while they move and explore.
