My Students

My students are members of alternative education. They have had gaps in their learning or have been unsuccessful at their previous comprehensive high schools.

What I love about my students is that although they continue to face challenges in life and education, they also continue to accept the challenges they are confronted with and take them head on, persevering in their pursuits of graduation.

My Project

Chemistry and STEM, in general, helps students understand the world in progress. If this project is funded it will support our goal of having students learn this by interacting with chemistry experiments and participating in collaborative laboratory work and discussion. Students will use these tools and resources in school with their peers under the guidance of well-prepared, resource-lacking educators.

RSTAY STUDENTS NEED STEM!!

Students have been utilizing some of the virtual skills they learned during remote learning but they yearn for the hands-on collaborative experiment that they can do with their peers.
