Feeding Our Brains

Help me give my students some snacks to help their brains focus throughout the entire day.

My Students

My students have a desire to learn. They come to school eager for knowledge and look to me, as their teacher, to provide it.

Most of my students come from low-income or single-parent families.

Many of my students do not have the basic tools and supplies they need for a typical school day. My students are very energetic and want to learn.

Our school is in a constant battle to get our students the basic necessities they need to become successful scholars.

My Project

I am asking for your help in getting my students some snacks for our classroom. At times, students come to school late and miss breakfast. At other times, our brains get hungry from all the learning we are doing! It would be great to have some snacks for the students who really need them, and also for the students to be able to take a snack home to help their brains have enough fuel to get through their homework time! I know it is hard for me to focus when I am hungry. Will you help my students get the fuel they need to help them learn?
