This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students work hard to do well, and I love seeing the effort they put forth. However, missing out on meals often leads to some of them being tired and disengaged. I often get asked for snacks and I've tried to supply them myself since the start of the year. However, getting help to bring in a variety of tasty snacks for my students would be fantastic! Then any child who asks for something will be sure to get it, and they will be able to put their focus back on learning.
