My Project
This project is specifically to provide snacks for students to take home over the weekend and at night. Many of my students come to school hungry and know they can come to me to get something to eat. I have included some breakfast items and some snacks for students to take home during breaks and weekends.
I have a lot of students who don't qualify for food assistance and they need a little extra food besides the free meals at school because kids grow so much during middle school. Even my well-fed students are always hungry, so imagine going home and there is not much to eat. I do not want any of my students going hungry.
