My Project

During COVID-19, students were required to learn at home. Being at a Title I school meant that many of our students did not have the resources to fill their pantries with food and relied heavily on the community/school to provide breakfast and lunch. Learning on an empty stomach is close to impossible, and I want to alleviate the pressure of my students having to bring snacks every day by providing snacks for them. Students need to feed their bodies in order to adequately feed their minds. This DonorsChoose project will allow students to learn and grow while easing the anxiety of not having enough food.
