This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Or preschool is a full year full day program. We are open 10 hours a day. With students arriving as early as 7am and staying as late as 5pm, we have lots of upset tummies. We are fortunate to have a wonderful cafeteria staff that provided amazing balanced meals for my little ones on a daily basis. I would like to provide some healthy snacks for those children who arrive early and leave late.

Please help me provide snacks like goldfish crackers, graham crackers, applesauce, and juice for my students to eat during their long day.

Studies have shown that children learn better on a full stomach, and I want my students to know that if there are hungry they can get a snack if needed, and continue to play and learn in their preschool classroom.
