Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love my students’ curiosity, determination, and eagerness to learn. Each day, they come to class ready to tackle new challenges, and I want to provide them with the tools they need to succeed. My students are special because they bring diverse strengths and learning styles, and I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can grow.
The addition/subtraction and multiplication/division flashcards, along with timers, will make a huge difference in their learning.
These tools will help my students build fact fluency, allowing them to recall math facts quickly and with confidence. Timed practice will also encourage friendly competition, keep students engaged, and help them track their progress over time.
My goal for this project is to make math practice more interactive and fun while reinforcing foundational skills that are essential for future success. With your support, my students will develop stronger number sense, improve their speed and accuracy, and gain the confidence they need to take on more complex math challenges.
