Fashion Design

Help me give my students the supplies to learn fabric art through fashion design and sewing!

My Students

We are located in a small farming community in rural Indiana.

Our school is filled with amazing students, students that want to learn, and students that are hard workers!

Our students come from a wide range of economic backgrounds. We also have a wide range of academic abilities. Our students are different in many ways but they have one thing in common: their love for learning!

My Project

In my art classroom, we are learning about different types of art. The students love it! This project is requesting items for fashion design. The fabric stencils and mannequins will put the students in the fashion world. They will get to create outfits that are one of a kind. The lacing boards, beads, and pipe cleaners will be used to practice sewing and adding details to their designs. These items will be used during our major fabric art unit.

Help me bring the art of fashion into my art classroom to my 643 students!
