My Project
My students are learning to be responsible farmers in the micro-farm. My students are learning to grow their own foods.
To make sure students are on task, I will have my students wear pennies while working on the micro-farm.
Students are eager to grow food and create a sustainable Hawaii. While the students are goal-oriented, staying on task and remembering what their responsibilities are is difficult when their excitement kicks in.
Having students wear pennies while working on the farm will remind them what their jobs are and what their group should be completing.
