The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will enhance their experiences in the garden area we are building in the spring of 2025 at our high school. In early spring we will begin our journey by starting cold-tolerant plants in our new cold frames, and heat-loving plants in the building. May will be the move to the outdoor garden where by fall we hope to see the fruits of our labor.
As you can tell, we are in need of help getting these final touches in place and would appreciate any help we could get.
Your contribution will help us expand our classrooms into an outdoor space where lessons will come to life for students. Beginning with a seed our students can learn the life cycle of a plant, the value of food, where it comes from, taking care of it, and the many uses it has after growing.
