Farm to School Culinary Equipment

My Project

My classroom kitchen's infrastructure and systems are purposefully designed to promote independent learning and provide ample opportunities for exploration. I have made every decision with the intention of creating an intuitive and user-friendly learning system, right from the size and location of cooking tools and equipment. The design keeps the flow of the working space safe while students navigate through their lessons.

However, our key kitchen equipment needs a countertop dishwasher with a built-in water tank and additional tools.

This portable dishwasher is a highly efficient and self-sufficient unit that can effectively clean and sterilize the majority of the equipment used by students for safe reuse. I hope that this information helps you better understand how our systems and infrastructure support our curriculum and contribute towards the development of nutritional literacy in our farm-to-school kitchen classroom.
