My Project
Our science department is creating a new school garden! Our high school is in an area that is known for its agriculture and we would like to expand our classes to the garden. We use a lot of plants and conduct many experiments with them throughout the year.
We currently bring in plants from the store, but it would be so much more exciting for the students to have a hand in growing them.
Raised garden beds are not only aesthetic, but they require less maintenance and are easier for students to access.
In the future, we plan on creating a gardening club and expanding it to more students in different subject areas.
