My Project

I have many students who enjoy playing outside. Many like to stick to the same PE games. As their teacher, I want to support them in exercising all their muscle groups and participating in a variety of PE games that require various PE equipment.

This plan of supporting them will also strengthen good sportsmanship and strong classroom teamwork.

Exercise and fitness not only support strengthening muscle groups, but they also support mental health and managing emotions. A happy child is a healthy child.
