Fancy, Flex-Seating While Fine-Tuning Reading Skills
My students need Flex-Space 22 inch Balance Ball Seat Bundles in order to comfortably spread out while working in collaborative groups to enhance their reading success.
This project expired on August 2, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students look forward to coming to school each morning. They want to do their best and learn as much as possible. Many of these students come to school to escape what they are seeing at home. Whether it is simply to avoid boredom or to get to a safe place, school is where they want to be. My goal is to make my classroom an even more inviting place for my children.
My students are active, hardworking, and full of energy.
They want to do well with their work, and they want to be told that they are special. These kids need to know that their is someone in their corner, who is willing to support them unconditionally.
My school is 100% free lunch and breakfast. We strive to provide them with more than just an education. We want them to feel special and a part of the community.
Students love doing collaborative work. In an ELA classroom, it is important for kids to discuss text and share their thinking. But in order to read and work on assignments, these students need to spread out. This means that several students end up on the floor. Although some students may enjoy this, other students find this uncomfortable and dirty.
By adding the 6 chairs featured in the 22" Balance Ball Seat Bundle, my students can spread out without choosing between comfort and need.
These chairs allow them to move through the room, adjust their working space, and focusing on the task at hand.
