Hi! I’m Ms. Michelle, the School Social Worker at the amazing PS34 school, in Brooklyn NY! I believe in the importance of mindfulness and creating opportunities to create core memories for families. The supplies in this project will support me in doing both. I’m so excited to host a family event centered around mindfulness and togetherness. During the event, we will share about mindfulness, read a story together while having snacks, and we will use the items to create family mindfulness jars which the families can take home.
