This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are hosting a Family Math Night at El Verano. Families will come to school and play math games that address the content in their classrooms and the Common Core Standards.
We'd love to be able to give out math games that families can take home and continue to use.
These would support continued math learning and family connections. The games I'm asking for are classics that all generations can play and enjoy. This allows family members who come and family members at home to share the fun of math games and maybe pass them on to our future students.
