This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Everybody knows that building relationships with students and families is one of the most important things a teacher and school can do in order to create success for learning. These face painting supplies will be used in many after-school connection events to help get families excited about coming to school.

This project will help build relationships not only for a teacher and student but for a whole building for years to come.

My goals are to build relationships, which in turn will improve attendance and learning success.

My students don't always have the funds to be able to pay for outside events and opportunities, so it is important to me to be able to provide fun FREE events for them. They get so excited about face painting, and I want to be able to provide the best possible event we can.
