My Students
Our school district has come under harsh financial strains since the economy crashed. The state of Mississippi has been going through some very tough times and education budgets are continuing to get cut.
Unfortunately the students are the ones that are losing.
Budgets are getting cut, teachers are getting laid off, and the students are the ones being "short changed." Our small district is going through some tough times as a result and we do not expect to have any budget money for next year to supply the band students with music.
My Project
With these copier replacement cartridges we will be able to supply them with the music they need for the next 2 years to be successful. With this music we will be able to continue to play for the school community and beyond. They will have the opportunity to become better members of society by expressing their musical talents.
Such a small donation will impact the lives of our band program to an extent you normally would not expect.
They will have the opportunity to make beautiful music as they normally would have because you, the donor, took the time to care!
