This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are superheroes in training! They are always ready and willing to be there for others. They are enthusiastic learners who are striving to be the very best version of themselves. We work daily on becoming positive role models to others. Our mission is to inspire greatness in others by what we do every day. They come from many different backgrounds and are always willing to be inspired leaders.

My Project

My students have the mask that was provided by the school in September, but, unfortunately, they have gotten worn out or they are always falling off their noses due to being too big or too. Some students have complained that their face masks hurt their ears. Sometimes face masks get wet or dirty during the day and need to be replaced.

I would like to have extra face masks that I can give the students and teachers due to the fact that we are in person.

When face masks are clean and fit properly, students are more comfortable and able to focus and learn.

The mask will bring smiles to their faces! They will not have to worry about spreading germs. We are asking for more reusable masks, and disposable masks in case their mask needs to be changed. Please, we all need to be safe being that we are doing in person learning with these little ones.
