My Project
The EZ Slide Visual Schedule will make a meaningful difference in my students’ learning by providing a clear, consistent structure to their day. Many of my students have cognitive disabilities and language impairments, and they thrive when routines are predictable and easy to follow. Unlike traditional picture schedules with Velcro and loose pieces, the EZ Slide keeps everything in one place, making transitions smoother, reducing distractions, and allowing students to focus more on learning rather than managing their materials. This tool encourages independence and helps them understand what’s expected throughout the day, which builds confidence and reduces anxiety.
My goal for this project is to create a more organized, accessible classroom environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
My students are incredibly special; they are resilient, curious, and capable of growth when given the right support. They benefit from hands-on tools that make learning more visual and tangible. The EZ Slide Visual Schedule is not just a classroom aid; it’s a step toward giving them the structure and autonomy they deserve.
